During my time as a Social Media Specialist at the University of Mississippi’s Division of Outreach, I successfully managed a total of three distinct social media accounts, handling two platforms for each, namely Facebook and Twitter.
My responsibilities included curating content calendars, devising effective media strategies, scheduling weekly posts, crafting engaging and informative social media content, and contributing to visual content creation through photography.

My objectives encompassed boosting overall enrollment, addressing teacher shortages in Mississippi schools, and maintaining a strong connection with past participants. This involved tailoring strategies to attract Mississippi residents seeking career shifts, typically women in their mid-20s to mid-30s, though also including individuals in their 50s to early 60s, all of whom held at least a bachelor's degree. Through targeted initiatives, I aimed to create an inclusive, informative, and engaging environment that resonated with this diverse participant profile
